Job Description

Schedule: 2 weeks per month
Pay Rate: Up to $340/hr (negotiable)
Setting: Clinic + Call duties
Location: Bismarck, ND

Role Highlights:

  • Manage clinic and call responsibilities

  • Perform cystoscopy and cystoscopy with dilation procedures

  • Support permanent provider with call and clinic coverage

Workload:

  • patients scheduled daily in clinic

  • 2 3 in-clinic procedures per day

  • 1 3 patients daily requiring procedures

  • 3 4 surgeries scheduled/emergent on surgery days

  • Post-op rounding and inpatient consults during day call

️ Support Team & Tools:

  • 3 Registered Nurses (RNs)

  • 1 Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • EMR System: EPIC

️ Travel & Lodging:

  • Travel expenses covered (domestic flights only)

  • Preferred hotels for lodging

Candidate Requirements:

️ Board Certified Urology preferred; Board Eligible accepted (within 5 years post-residency)
️ Active North Dakota medical license preferred
️ Case logs required for review
