 Location: Suburban Seattle clinic Reason for need: Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search Start Date: June 13, 2022 End Date: December 31, 2022 This is an ongoing request that could be considered for Locums to Perm Setting: Outpatient clinic with scheduled clinical hours Patients per shift: 18-20 Support staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 1 Office Staff Credentialing can be accomplished quickly Will accept IMLC BLS required The provider must have Urology experience
