The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, takes pride in cleanliness, and is a dedicated team player.

Key Responsibilities

  • Table Bussing & Resetting: Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silver swiftly as guests finish. Clean, sanitize, and reset tables immediately to maintain a fast seating turnaround.
  • Barback Duties (As Assigned): Assist bartenders during peak rushes by restocking ice bins, washing and polishing glassware, changing beer kegs, and replenishing liquor bottles
  • Floor & Station Cleanliness: Sweep floors, clean up spills immediately, empty restaurant trash bins, and ensure service stations remain clean and organized.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist servers, hosts, and bartenders with any tasks needed to provide seamless service to our guests.

Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to easily communicate and coordinate with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs, such as ice buckets, bus tubs, and kegs).
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for an entire 8-hour shift in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a busser, food runner, barback, or support staff in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification is a plus).
