Senior Attorney

Weisinger Law Firm, a healthcare-focused practice, seeks a Senior Attorney - Estate Planning & Probate to lead complex matters for patients, providers, and families. You will draft and oversee wills, trusts, and probate administrations while advising on tax, asset protection, and succession strategies. Responsibilities

• Lead complex estate planning and probate matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate documents.
• Advise clients, including healthcare professionals and families, on tax, asset protection, and succession strategies.
• Manage probate administration, including court filings, hearings, and distributions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align legal strategies with patient-centered organizational goals.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff, providing guidance on best practices and case strategy.
• Maintain compliance with relevant healthcare, privacy, and fiduciary regulations.
