Registered Nurse Specialist

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Registered Nurse Specialist to deliver compassionate, high-quality clinical care to underserved individuals and families. In this mission-driven, faith-based setting, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage chronic conditions, provide education, and coordinate care across medical, dental, behavioral health, and wellness services. The RN Specialist champions health equity, upholds quality and safety standards, and collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to promote whole-person wellbeing for our Atlanta community.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, patient-centered primary care nursing for diverse and underserved populations
• Perform assessments, develop and implement evidence-based care plans, and coordinate services across disciplines
• Administer medications, treatments, vaccinations, and chronic disease management per provider orders and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health, dental, and wellness teams to deliver whole-person, integrated care
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, self-management, and community resources
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation, ensure quality, safety, and infection control standards are met
• Support the mission and faith-based environment through compassionate, dignified care for all patients
