A community hospital near Rugby, North Dakota is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join their Long Term Care department!

Pay at $30.00-$43.00/hour + $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Registered Nurse Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire opportunities available
• Long-term and acute care environments
• Both day and night shifts offered: Day Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM Night Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Growth-oriented role with the goal of advancing into a Charge Nurse position through mentorship and leadership development
• The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
• Performs timely and targeted assessments of patients presenting complaints, ensuring alignment with defined triage guidelines

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Current North Dakota RN license or Multistate license required
• Candidates with Long Term Care experience are strongly encouraged to apply
• BLS and ACLS Certification
