Registered Nurse - Loyal Home Care Services

We're looking for Registered Nurses in various locations in Worcester County, MA (See Below) to be at the heart of our client's care. As a registered Nurse with Loyal Home Care Services, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse in the state of MA, and provide exceptional care that our clients rely on to stay safe at home. Duties:

• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Develops and updates a written plan of care, ensuring it is re-evaluated as necessary.
• Provides skilled nursing care within the nursing scope of practice.
• Documents care and services in compliance with federal, state, and Agency regulations.
• Leads case conferences to discuss multidisciplinary team responsibilities, patient progress, and future care plans.
• Supports patient/family cultural practices, provided they don't interfere with medical treatment.
• Promotes patient, family, and caregiver education tailored to cultural, ethnic, and personal needs or preferences.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Must hold a current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts (MA).
• Must have an up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
• Must provide an updated resume outlining relevant experience and qualifications.
• Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility if necessary.
• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
• Must have a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
• Must have one year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two (2) years.
• Must provide current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing results.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation:

• $45 per visit
• $40 med administration
• $100 per admission
