Regional Director Operations

VitalCaring is seeking a Regional Director Operations to lead home health and hospice agencies across a multi-state territory. In this role, you will oversee clinical and operational performance, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care in the home while meeting regulatory, financial, and growth goals. You will guide and develop local leadership teams, use metrics to drive quality, compliance, and efficiency, and champion a culture of teamwork, integrity, and work-life balance. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for home health and hospice agencies across the region.
• Drive quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, meeting Medicare/Medicaid and accreditation standards.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and growth targets; implement improvement plans.
• Support and develop executive directors and clinical leaders through coaching and performance management.
• Use data and KPIs to optimize staffing, productivity, and patient outcomes.
• Partner with clinical, compliance, and finance teams to ensure aligned regional performance.
• Lead change initiatives that enhance patient experience and caregiver engagement.
