Location: Pensacola, FL (with offices in Navarre and plans to expand into Crestview, Fort Walton Beach, Fairhope, and Mobile)

Position Type: Full-time
Schedule: 40 hours/week, with the option for 1 remote day per week
Setting: 100% Outpatient
Call: Minimal to none
Medicaid: Not accepted

A well-established and growing private practice is seeking a full-time psychiatrist (or a strong PMHNP) for an outpatient role with leadership potential. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build something long-term and participate in the growth of a thriving practice.

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient care no Medicaid, almost no call

• Flexibility for 1 telepsych day/week

• Strong preference for a provider motivated to help expand and shape the practice

• Significant earning potential through:

  • TMS

  • Spravato/ketamine

  • Legal consulting

  • Supervision of mid-level providers
