PROJECT MANAGER

Messer, a leader in the gas and technology sector, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects that enhance our facilities used for the production and supply of industrial, medical, and specialty gases. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with Messer's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and comprehensive customer solutions. The successful candidate will manage all phases of project activities, from conception through completion, while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
• Manage budgeting, purchasing, and inventory of construction resources and materials.
• Hold regular project meetings to review progress and address any questions or challenges regarding the project scope or direction.
• Implement risk management processes to minimize project risks.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and present to stakeholders.
