Job Description

  • Coverage Needed:
    • ASAP- Ongoing
    • 6 days per month (Friday- Sunday 24 hour shifts)
    • Two weekends per month (Friday- Monday 72 hours 7a-7a) 24 Hour Call coverage from hotel
  • Clinical Information:
    • Practice Setting: Hospital
    • Daily Patient Volume: 5
    • Support Staff: Nursing Staff. APP not needed
    • EMR: eClinical Works(eCW)
  • Required:
    • Stroke Interventions
    • Active VA license
    • Board Certified
    • DEA/CSR: Yes
    • Must have 200 case logs in the last 24 months
    • BCLS, ACLS
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Current Flu Vaccine
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
      • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
