Date: Dec 1, 2025 ongoing for 1 year Schedule: M-F clinic, 8-4:30, call in hospital every 3rd week Practice Setting: Hospital Patient Volume: 15 per day Special Procedures: bone marrow bx Support Staff: Nurses, CMA, APP EMR: Cerner Requirements: WV license (willing to license), BC, DEA, BLS, ACLS, Oncology fellowship, 3-5 years' experience, must have clean background Credentialing: 45-60 days, temps available
