Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, provide hands-on patient care, document progress, and support patients in restoring function, mobility, and independence. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-first, community-minded environment that values respect, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait, and functional mobility training
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PTAccurately document treatments and outcomes in the EMR system
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant outpatient clinic environment
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient goals
• Support a patient-first, evidence-based care model in a fast-paced setting
