Parks Maintenance Worker -- Part-Time

Position Summary
Palatine Park District is hiring for part-time Parks Maintenance Worker positions. If you enjoy working outside and take pride in your work, this job is for you. Duties include mowing, raking, trimming, debris clean-up, leaf clean-up, athletic court and trail maintenance, assistance with athletic field preparations, playground maintenance and other general maintenance duties.
Minimum Requirements
• Parks maintenance and/or landscape experience preferred
• High school graduate or equivalent and must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Enthusiastic attitude and great work ethic

This position works up to 30 hours/week year-round and the work hours are 6:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Overtime and weekend coverage may be required. The starting pay rate for this position is $15/hour.
