  • Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified, trauma level 1, and PEDs level 3 is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. The provider will work Monday through Friday from 7:40 AM to 5:00 PM, seeing 26-30 patients per day in the clinic, and will also cover assigned and unassigned patients on call from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a required response time of 30 minutes. While on call, the provider can expect an average of three phone consults per day and 1-2 admissions, managing patients ranging from infants to 18 years old. Responsibilities include inpatient and emergency department coverage, addressing patient escalations, rounding on patients admitted to the ENT service, and performing urgent surgeries or procedures. Charting will be completed in Epic.
