OPERATIONS MANAGER

Good Samaritan seeks a Clinic Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a busy, mission-driven health center serving underserved communities. This role oversees clinic workflows, patient access, scheduling, and frontline staff to ensure efficient, compassionate, high-quality care across medical, dental, and behavioral health services. The manager monitors performance metrics, manages budgets and supplies, supports regulatory compliance, and partners with clinical leaders to drive process improvement and health equity in a faith-based, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient, patient-centered care delivery
• Supervise, schedule, and develop clinical and administrative staff
• Optimize patient flow, access, and appointment scheduling
• Monitor performance metrics, quality, and patient satisfaction; implement improvements
• Manage budgets, supplies, and vendor relationships to support cost-effective care
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety, and organizational policies
• Partner with clinical leaders on workflows for medical, dental, and behavioral health services
