On-Site Property Maintenance worker (sacramento)

A beautiful, high-quality apartment community is seeking an experienced, reliable, and hands-on Full-Time On-Site Maintenance and Management Team Member. In this role, you will ensure our property remains in excellent condition while providing top-tier service to our residents. The ideal candidate has a strong background in general apartment maintenance, apartment turnovers, and basic mechanical installations.

Key Responsibilities
Work Orders: Complete resident repair requests in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
Unit Turns: Handle full apartment turns between residents, including painting, drywall repair, basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, carpentry, and heater repairs.
Appliance & Systems: Install and troubleshoot major appliances (stoves, dishwashers) and address minor roofing issues.

Property Care: Perform daily grounds walk-throughs, preventative maintenance, and safety inspections.
Operations: Monitor the community pool and coordinate effectively with the property manager and outside vendors.
Availability: Participate in the emergency on-call 

Job Requirements
Proven experience in general residential property maintenance.
Strong skills in drywall, painting, basic plumbing, electrical, and flooring.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact positively with residents.
