NEW Occupational Therapist Opportunity Southwest Arizona
Pay Range: $40 $51/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (1-year) or $10,000 (2-year)
Relocation: $2,500 (1-year) or $5,000 (2-year)
Housing: Up to 3 months provided (taxable benefit)

Position Overview

Seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative healthcare team in Southwest Arizona. This role focuses on evaluating, planning, and providing individualized therapy to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

Schedule & Setting

  • Full-time, day shift

  • Inpatient/outpatient mix

  • Supportive interdisciplinary environment

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Active OT license in state of practice

  • BLS certification required

  • Strong documentation, communication, and patient education skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse caseloads

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and departmental standards

  • Develop individualized plans of care and measurable goals

  • Modify treatments as needed and involve patients/families in the care process

  • Communicate progress effectively with physicians and care teams

  • Supervise and delegate to COTAs, techs, and students appropriately
