Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: As soon as Credentialed thru 1/02/2026
  • Preferred Schedule: 3-4 DAYS A WEEK - 8am-5pm (M-F)
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
  • Scope of Work: : Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted KY license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert preferred.
