Non CDL FedEx Delivery Driver $750-$900 Baytown or Missouri City Terminal Locations

Precise Trucking Logistics is an independent service provider for Federal Express. Our team is responsible for delivering and picking up Federal Ground packages throughout Houston. We are currently hiring bilingual full time drivers at the Baytown AND Missouri City terminal locations. We operate 7 days a week.  Work days available are Saturday-Friday depending on route availability.

Pay is $750-$900/per week for a beginner route depending on whether working 5 or 6 days. Job expectation is 110-120 stops per day average. Smaller and larger routes are available.

This job is physically and mentally demanding, fast paced and requires integrity, organization and high energy. Drivers must be safe, organized, show up to work daily, possess excellent customer service skills, be professional, detail-oriented, a team player and enjoy driving and delivering.

If you do not have FedEx Ground delivery experience, training is available. The rate is $15/hour while training. Training is typically 5-7 days and then driver pay.

Minimum Requirements: Class C driver's license. Driver must be at least 21 years of age, pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check, pass a drug screening test and DOT physical exam and have one year experience driving a 16 foot box truck (minimum) or larger or other commercial truck vehicle. Driver must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to complete daily deliveries and pickups and be able to lift and carry up to 150 lbs up and down stairs.

Experience Needed: One verifiable year of commercial driving experience within the past three years; five years verifiable commercial driving experience within the past ten years. Or, a successful completion of a vendor driving school plus six months verifiable commercial driving experience within the previous three years. NO CDL needed.

BONUS PAY - Drivers receive additional pay per stop after hitting weekly stop threshold.
