Manufacturing Technician

TKC - Kodi Collective LLC seeks a Manufacturing Technician specializing in bindery operations to support mission-focused government and defense programs. You will set up machines, monitor output, perform routine troubleshooting, and document production data for compliance and reporting. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bindery and finishing equipment to meet production targets
• Set up machines, adjust settings, and perform test runs to ensure quality output
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting on equipment
• Follow digital production workflows and accurately record production data
• Adhere to safety, security, and quality standards for government and defense projects
• Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and optimize throughput
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements
