Job Description

Job Title: Lawn Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper

Job Type: Full-time

 

Do you enjoy working outdoors and seeing immediate results from your work?

We are looking for responsible, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mowing, edging, and general lawn care
  • Fertilization, weed control, and pest management
  • Seeding new lawns and repairing damaged areas
  • Trimming shrubs, small trees, and ornamental plants
  • Blowing off and cleaning outdoor areas
  • Irrigation system installation and maintenance (a plus)
  • Proper operation and maintenance of professional equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
  • Working as part of a team and providing friendly customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping (preferred but not required – we provide training)
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical work
  • Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
