We are particularly interested in self-starters eager to contribute to and enhance DeWitt's accounting team as a Billing Specialist at our Madison location.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate billing and timely issuance of invoices to clients.
• Produce detailed reports with clear, reliable data on billing and payment activities.
• Handle accounting requests through Zendesk, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Manage the issuance and recording of deposits and checks related to Wisconsin IOLTA Trust account.
• Conduct research and process check deposits received at the office location.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all client data and payment information.
• Provide support in Conflict Specialist roles as needed.
• Assist the accounting team with other tasks as required.

• Maintain the security of client information with discretion.
• Associate degree, High School Diploma, GED Equivalent, or relevant job-related experience

Additional Details

Position Type: Fulltime (40 hours per week)

Work From Home: This position offers onsite work with the opportunity for one day of remote work per week after a 6-month onboarding period.
