Job Description

Position:

  • Location: Multiple clinics to choose to work in/around Jacksonville, FL
  • Specialty: PRN Urgent Care
  • Schedule: 8, 11, and mostly 12 hour shifts. Shifts are emailed out weekly for providers to pick and choose from
  • Hours: Clinic Hours are M-F 8-8; Sat 8-7; Sun 8-5
  • Must be willing to work with peds 3 months and up
  • EMR: Practice Velocity

Requirements:

  • Must be BC in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds
  • 3 years experience in Primary Care, ER, and/or Urgent Care
  • FL state MD/DO license
  • BLS
  • DEA

Compensation:
