Community Choice Financial Family of Brands (CCFI) is seeking a driven Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction. In this role, you will oversee all facets of restaurant management, including staffing, scheduling, P&L, inventory, and cash controls, while modeling CCFI's supportive, inclusive culture. You'll coach and develop team members, maintain food safety and brand standards, and use performance data to drive continuous improvement and strong financial results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost controls to achieve financial targets
• Lead, train, schedule, and develop team members to support a high-performance culture
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement action plans for continuous improvement
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment aligned with CCFI values and community focus
• Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues quickly
