Position: General Labor – Shop Worker

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labor team member to join our shop operations. This is a hands-on role that plays an important part in keeping our production floor running smoothly and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Pack and unpack products, materials, and equipment according to established procedures
• Inspect items during packing/unpacking to identify damage or discrepancies and report to supervisor
• Organize and label packed goods for storage or shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
• Support the production team with general shop tasks as needed
• Assist with moving, sorting, and staging materials throughout the shop floor
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods during a shift
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Previous experience in a warehouse, shop, or manufacturing environment is a plus

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications:

• Background or experience in electrical work is a strong bonus and will be considered favorably
