Job Description

SERVPRO is seeking a Jr. Franchise Compliance Auditor to support our construction and restoration network. In this role, you will conduct scheduled and ad hoc audits of SERVPRO franchise locations to verify adherence to brand, safety, documentation, and operational standards. Responsibilities include reviewing job files, permits, insurance, and training records; assessing compliance with restoration and reconstruction procedures; preparing clear audit reports; recommending corrective actions; and partnering with franchise owners to close gaps. This hybrid role offers field visits, growth in compliance and construction operations, and the chance to support quality service nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct compliance audits of SERVPRO construction and restoration franchise locations
  • Review job files, permits, insurance, safety, and training documentation for adherence to standards
  • Evaluate franchise adherence to SERVPRO brand, quality, and operational procedures
  • Identify compliance risks and gaps, and recommend corrective actions and process improvements
  • Prepare clear written audit reports and present findings to franchise owners and leadership
  • Follow up on remediation plans to verify timely closure of audit findings
  • Collaborate with operations, safety, and training teams to support continuous improvement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal policies, construction best practices, and safety regulations
  • Assist with developing audit tools, checklists, and metrics
  • Travel to franchise locations as needed for onsite reviews and assessments
