Job Description

SERVPRO seeks a Jr. Franchise Compliance Auditor II to evaluate franchise locations for adherence to brand, safety, and operational standards in restoration and construction services. You will review documentation, inspect job files, analyze compliance risks, and prepare clear audit reports with corrective action recommendations. Partnering closely with franchise owners and operations leaders, you'll provide guidance on processes, documentation, and quality controls. This role offers training, growth within SERVPRO's national network, and the opportunity to support consistent, high-quality service for customers recovering from property damage.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled and ad hoc compliance audits of SERVPRO franchise locations focused on operational, brand, and safety standards.
  • Review project files, documentation, and job-cost records for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policies.
  • Identify compliance gaps and risks, and recommend practical corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Prepare clear, detailed audit reports and present findings to franchise owners and internal leadership.
  • Collaborate with operations and training teams to support consistent implementation of standards across the network.
  • Monitor follow-up on corrective actions and track progress against compliance benchmarks.
  • Stay current on relevant regulations, industry standards, and SERVPRO policies affecting franchise operations.
  • Assist with developing audit tools, checklists, and reporting templates to increase audit quality and consistency.
