Fitness Specialist

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Fitness Specialist to support our Fitness & Wellness department within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this role, you will design and deliver evidence-based fitness and wellness programs for older adults, closely collaborating with FOX clinicians to enhance functional mobility, safety, and quality of life. You will perform assessments, track outcomes, and educate patients and caregivers while contributing to our culture of respect, clinical excellence, and professional growth in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead individualized and group fitness programs for older adults in healthcare settings
• Perform functional and fitness assessments, tracking progress and clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with rehab clinicians to integrate fitness into geriatric care plans
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe exercise, fall prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with FOX Rehabilitation standards
• Support a culture of clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement
