First Shift Production Associate

Marvin is seeking a First Shift Production Associate to help build premium windows, doors, and skylights in our manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you'll operate equipment, assemble components, and perform visual and dimensional quality checks while following established safety and work instructions. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that prioritizes craftsmanship, integrity, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Operate production and assembly equipment to build windows, doors, and related components
• Follow standard work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects and accurate measurements
• Handle materials, load/unload components, and stage products for next operations
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5
• S/continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively with team members and leads to meet daily production goals
• Report equipment or safety issues promptly to supervisors
• Accurately record production data and follow documentation requirements
