Supervise field workers: Manage, supervise, and coordinate masonry crews; oversee daily on-site restoration activities including brick, stone, and concrete installations; ensure that all work conforms to client specifications and drawings; identify and resolve quality control issues; communicate instructions, project updates, and safety protocols to masonry crews and subcontractors in Spanish
Client/stakeholders communication: Serve as a key point of contact on all construction, logistical, and quality control issues for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Project coordination: Work with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within specifications; coordinate equipment and materials deliveries to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget; help resolve punch list items and manage project closeout procedures
Daily reporting: Comprehensively document daily project progress, site conditions, and other logistical and details; coordinate closely with administrative staff to optimize client communication through written/printed materials and correspondence
Ensure quality and safety: Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and enforce safety protocols, including OSHA standards, to ensure a safe working environment
