JOB OVERVIEW
• Job Title: Physician Family Practice
• Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
• Location: South Bend, WA
• Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Coverage Type: Clinical Only
• Coverage Period: Starting ASAP Ongoing
• Clinical Shift Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week

PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: General family medicine population
• Case Mix: General outpatient family practice

FACILITY INFORMATION
• Office Equipment Available: Clinic equipment; access to imaging, labs, and specialty consults at main campus
• Specialty Backup Available: Cardiology, respiratory therapy, tele-stroke program, etc.
• Support Staff Available: Full clinic and hospital staff support
• Reason for Coverage: Permanent staffing need

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Washington State medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Experience: Less than 1 year accepted
• Other Qualifications:
- Commitment to professional conduct and confidentiality
- Ability to follow all clinic treatment, procedure, and medication guidelines
- Collaborative and constructive communication style

• Deliver outpatient clinical care within the scope of family medicine
