Job Description

A Well-respected group in Northwest Indiana has an opening for Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to join their team.

  • Must be Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician
  • 3 locations available in NW Indiana
  • 30-45 mins from downtown Chicago
  • Mon-Fri 8-5; 40 hours a week.
  • On-call - Varies from the location.
  • Approx. 20 patients per day (depending on location).
  • 100% outpatient (may have options for IP).
  • New grads will be considered.
  • Also open to Internal Med physicians that will see ages 10+.
