    • Job Description:Position Summary: Provides Family Medicine health care and performs selective medical services under the direction of their Supervising Physician and Chief Medical Officer. This role will serve in one of our busiest hubs Benefits:The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $240,000 - $340,000 annually. Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factor including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
