Located in Bristol, Connecticut " community-based setting 30 minutes from Hartford and New Haven

Team-based model with strong clinical support and coordinated care

Full-time weekday schedule; ask about a 4-day work week

No inpatient responsibilities

Phone call only:

• Average of 2 phone-call weekends per year

• Approximately 1 weeknight every 2 months
