Job ID: 132358 Direct Hire PMHNP Role $143,000-$169,000 per year in Bluefield, West Virginia Full-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality psychiatric care in Bluefield, West Virginia. The position involves working with adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients in a facility with 34 geriatric beds, 20 adult beds, and 10 PICU beds. Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM
  • Rounding: 8 AM - 3 PM; remaining time for call and charting
  • Average caseload: 14 patients per shift Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage treatment plans
    • Prescribe medications and provide psychotherapy
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
    • Maintain accurate patient documentation Qualifications:
      • PMHNP license in WV (unrestricted)
      • Master's/Doctorate in Nursing + PMHNP certification
      • 1+ year of psychiatric clinical experience
      • Strong clinical and communication skills Benefits
          Compensation Structure:
          • $550 per shift
          • $100 per ED consult
          • $150/day for covering daytime admissions
          • $350/night for covering overnight call $143,000k annual, with additional earning potential from ED consults. One ED consult per day would increase annual compensation by an additional $26,000, bringing the total to approximately $169,000.
