• Seeking experienced physicians to treat patients in local Skilled Nursing Facilities due to the rapid expansion of services
• Available locations in St. Charles County, Clayton/Richmond Heights, and Alton, Illinois

• Ideal candidates will be board-certified in FM, IM, or Geriatrics - will consider EM with some post-acute experience
