You will manage a litigation-focused docket, from client intake and strategy through hearings and trial, emphasizing practical, aggressive advocacy for men and fathers. Work closely with a focused team, maintain strong client communication, and craft effective pleadings, negotiations, and courtroom presentations. Responsibilities

• Represent fathers in divorce, custody, visitation, child support, and paternity cases in Oklahoma courts
• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with fathers' rights advocacy
• Conduct client consultations, case evaluations, and ongoing communication on case progress
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement proposals, and related family law documents
• Negotiate settlements, parenting plans, and support agreements with opposing counsel
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and trials, presenting evidence and argument effectively
• Collaborate with the Dads.
• Law team to refine strategy and share best practices
• Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, and compliance with court rules and ethics
• Provide practical legal advice focused on realistic outcomes for male and father clients
• Participate in professional development to deepen family law and trial skills
