Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport and deliver products or materials in liquid, loose, or packaged form.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and safety standards to ensure a secure transit environment.
• Maintain communication with dispatchers and respond to dispatch calls when on duty.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Manage routes efficiently to ensure timely delivery and optimal use of vehicle logistics.
• Document operating hours, rest periods, mileage, fuel use, and other information as required.
• Handle loading and unloading operations as needed while ensuring the safety of goods and equipment.
