As part of our driving team, you will play a fundamental role in maintaining the flow of goods across multiple routes, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer/truck to deliver goods to various locations while adhering to all safety regulations.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip, documenting any issues and ensuring the truck is in good working order.
• Manage routes and schedules effectively, ensuring that deliveries are made on time.
• Maintain logs of working hours and vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations.
• Communicate with dispatch and customer service teams to update on delivery status and manage any on-road issues.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring all merchandise is secured properly to avoid damage.
• Navigate routes using GPS systems or electronic maps as needed.
