Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer/truck to deliver goods to clients while adhering to all safety regulations.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure proper handling and timely maintenance of the vehicle.
• Manage routes and routines to proceed in the most efficient way possible.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and on-time, including logs of working hours and rest periods to comply with federal standards.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and respond to any changes in schedule as they arise.
• Represent Hogan1 with professionalism during pick-ups and deliveries, treating all clients with respect and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Proficient in driving large vehicles and understanding of safe driving practices.
• Knowledge of electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc.).
• Ability to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.).
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of truck maintenance.
