Job Title: Commercial Plumber
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including piping, fixtures, and equipment in commercial properties.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion.
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues promptly and effectively.
Test systems to verify proper operation and identify potential problems.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber or similar role.
Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and building regulations.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent physical condition and ability to work in various environments and heights.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
