CDL Lease Purchase/Owner Operator Driver

Premier Transportation is seeking CDL Lease Purchase/Owner Operator Drivers to support our Transportation & Logistics operations. Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL-class tractor-trailer safely and efficiently on regional and/or OTR routes
• Manage lease purchase agreement and business expenses as an owner operator
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery while maintaining excellent customer service
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and complete required logs
• Comply with all FMCSA/DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and operations to optimize routes and miles
• Secure, inspect, and protect freight to prevent damage and claims
• Use ELD and on-board technology for routing, communication, and compliance
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, basic maintenance, and timely shop service
• Represent Premier Transportation professionally with customers and the public
