CDL Lease Purchase/Owner Operator Driver

Premier Transportation is hiring CDL Lease Purchase/Owner Operator Drivers to support our Transportation & Logistics fleet. As an independent contractor, you'll haul dedicated freight with consistent miles, weekly settlements, and a clear path to truck ownership. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer as a lease purchase/owner operator
• Haul no-touch and live-load freight on regional and OTR routes
• Plan routes, manage electronic logs, and comply with all FMCSA/DOT regulations
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic truck maintenance
• Coordinate with dispatch for on-time pickups and deliveries
• Maintain accurate trip, fuel, and expense records for settlement and taxes
• Provide professional customer service at shippers and receivers
• Protect freight through proper securement and safe driving practices
• Adhere to company safety standards and participate in safety meetings
• Partner with Premier Transportation to successfully complete the lease and achieve truck ownership
