Responsibilities

• Provide in-class support and small-group tutoring to help students improve attendance, behavior, and academic performance
• Build positive relationships with students, serving as a mentor and role model
• Track student progress and assist with data entry and reporting
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to plan and implement student support strategies
• Participate in regular training, professional development, and team meetings
• Support schoolwide events and initiatives that build a positive school climate
