Responsibilities

• Provide in-class academic and social-emotional support to students
• Offer one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects
• Track student progress and document intervention activities
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff on student support plans
• Engage families and community partners to support school initiatives
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
• Model positive behavior and promote an inclusive school climate
