City Year seeks AmeriCorps Members to serve full-time in public schools, supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth. In this education-focused role, you'll provide tutoring, mentor students, assist in classrooms, and lead small-group interventions. You'll collaborate with school staff and a diverse team to create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities

• Provide in-class support and small group tutoring in math and literacy
• Build positive relationships with students as a mentor and role model
• Track and report student progress using provided tools
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support classroom goals
• Lead or support after school and enrichment activities
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
