BBQ+RICE is a fast-growing Korean BBQ rice bowl concept focused on fresh ingredients, fast service, and a clean, welcoming environment. We're looking for motivated team players to grow with us!

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

✅ Cashier / Front Counter Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take orders using our POS system (Toast)

  • Handle payments (cash, credit, mobile) accurately and quickly

  • Keep the counter and dining area clean and stocked

  • Wipe tables and maintain cleanliness throughout shift

  • Answer customer questions and manage delivery app orders (UberEats, DoorDash)

  • Provide friendly service and help promote daily specials or add-ons

✅ Prep Staff (Kitchen Assistant)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vegetables, sauces, and meats according to daily needs

  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols

  • Maintain a clean prep area and assist with restocking supplies

  • Work with cook staff to support smooth kitchen operations

  • Occasionally assist with packaging and cleaning duties

✅ Cook (Wok / Grill Station)

Responsibilities:

  • Cook meats and vegetables to order, mostly on wok or flat grill

  • Follow BBQ+RICE portioning and cooking standards

  • Ensure food quality, speed, and cleanliness at all times

  • Keep your station organized and assist with closing duties

  • Communicate with cashier/front team for smooth service

🛠 What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience in restaurant or kitchen work is preferred (not required)

  • Positive attitude and reliability are a must

  • Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

  • English or Spanish fluency (bilingual is a plus)

  • Willingness to learn and grow with the team
