Key Responsibilities

Deliver impactful individual, and family therapy sessions in both Spanish and English.

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and design personalized, culturally responsive treatment plans.

Guide clients in building practical coping skills, improving emotional wellness, and strengthening local support systems.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of peers and participate in case consultations.

Actively engage in ongoing professional development and cultural competency training.
Qualifications
Required
-
Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

LMSW, LMHC, LMFT.
-
Experience working with adults.

Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Manage a 20-25 case load.
Preferred
-
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is highly prioritized for this role, along with an understanding of the cultural nuances affecting Hispanic and Latino families.

Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, or families.

Familiarity with culturally responsive, community-based mental health practices.
