Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our bakery family! The Back of House (BOH) Team Member helps prepare, bake, and maintain our delicious Bundt cakes to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and bake all cake varieties following company recipes

  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully stocked

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior bakery, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Positive, team-focused attitude
